Club policies
- Tee times and court reservations are made through the pro shop, option 1. All members and guests check in at the pro shop before playing. Full members pay the user fee and/or cart fee only; social members and all guests pay the posted green fee.
- Proper golf and tennis attire and etiquette are required at all times.
- Clubhouse hours vary with the season and weather.
- Members receive 10% off pro shop and snack bar items. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Club employees are not responsible for charges made by members' dependents.
- Charging privileges may be suspended for accounts in arrears.
- Dues and the monthly $25 ($50 corporate) food and beverage minimum are billed separately on the first of the month. The allowance applies only to the month billed. Tips do not count toward the minimum.
- Please sign your member charge tickets. Duplicate receipts are available in the bar and pro shop.
- Please do not leave children unattended in the clubhouse. No one under 21 is allowed in the bar after 4:30 pm unless attending a club event or accompanied by an adult.
- You must be at least 16 with a driver's license to operate a golf cart.
- Club carts stay on club premises.
- Private carts are welcome; full cart and/or green fees are due at check-in. Full golf members may ask the office about an annual trail fee.
Billing
- Full and social members may pay dues monthly for the first twelve months. After the first year, membership renews month to month. Resignations must be in writing, 30 days ahead of the effective date.
- Payment is due in full by the 10th of the month billed. On-time payers are entered in a monthly $50 dues credit drawing. Cards (+3.5%), checks and cash accepted; returned check fee $35. Past-due balances carry a 2% monthly finance charge.
- Leaves of absence are a minimum of three months and must be requested in writing 30 days ahead. Resigning before the first year is up may leave you liable for the remaining months. The office does not send resignation confirmations, so call if you receive a bill after resigning.
